1. Introduction

2. Bespoke Commissions & Events
Designing unique floral arrangements inspired by ancient civilizations requires significant preparation. Our team sources rare specimens that may require weeks of cultivation or international logistics. Because of this, we've established clear boundaries for bespoke work.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations for bespoke floral events must be submitted in writing. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, 50% of the total commission is retained to cover sourcing costs. For cancellations within 7 days, we're unable to provide a refund. It's only fair to our growers, right?
3. Payment & Commissions
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit for all historical botanical displays. Final payment is due exactly 14 days prior to delivery. We don't like chasing invoices, and it helps us keep your flowers fresh. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards in GBP.
4. Intellectual Property
The historical floral designs and reconstructions created by [[COMPANY_NAME]] are our intellectual property. While you'll love the physical display, our artistic methods remain our own secrets of the trade.
